AHOY! JOEST Apprentices!

Some of our apprentices were on an exciting educational trip on the invitation of IG Metall. Together, they examined work and training life closely.

Who acts according to which principles and pursues which interests? How and where can we make an impact? These and many other questions were discussed during our journey.

We started by bus from Rheine to the Netherlands. At noon, our #JOESTeam boarded the sailing ship "Soeverein." Throughout the week, the entire team took care of their own meals in the galley and sailed the ship with the help of the captain and the sailor. It was an amazing experience!
