GENERAL INFORMATION
GOESSLING is
now officially
a brand of JOEST!
Dear Sir or Madam,
we are pleased to inform you that, on December 31, 2021 Dr. Ing. Gössling Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (formerly Dr. Ing. Gössling Maschinenfabrik GmbH) with its registered office in Schermbeck, Germany, has been merged into JÖST GmbH + Co. KG and is therefore no longer an independent company.
All contracts, including current orders, have been transferred to JÖST GmbH + Co. KG as the legal successor to Dr. Ing. Gössling Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (formerly Dr. Ing. Gössling Maschinenfabrik GmbH) and remain valid unchanged. The delivery addresses of the plants in Dülmen and Schermbeck also remain unaffected.
We therefore ask you to use the new company name in our business correspondence with immediate effect and to adapt it in your system.
Please note the new bank details as well as the new VAT identification number, which have changed due to the restructuring.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust you have placed in us and look forward to our continued cooperation.
With kind regards
Dr. Jur. Hans Moormann
