We were there as exhibitors for the first time!

The Job Fair 2024 in Münster was a complete success for us. We are especially proud of our first-time participation as exhibitors.

Right from the start, there was a positive and dynamic atmosphere at our booth. It was a pleasure to engage in conversations with so many different people – from recent graduates to experienced professionals seeking new challenges.

Many visitors showed great interest in our innovative projects and the exciting career opportunities at JOEST. Intensive conversations were held, questions were answered, and valuable contacts were made.

Our participation in the Job Fair 2024 was not only an opportunity to present ourselves as an attractive employer but also to receive direct feedback from potential employees. The positive response and great interest confirmed that we are on the right path in terms of our company development and personnel strategy.
