This year's second #JOESTeam day had a Christmas theme.
To kick off the pre-Christmas season with our almost 450 employees, all it takes is a bit of decoration, Christmas music, and good spirits! With bratwurst, cookies and punch, the entire #JOESTeam celebrated a small Christmas party over lunch time.
To match the christmassy theme, employees were encouraged to wear their most beautiful ugly Christmas sweaters. The "Ugly Christmas sweaters" also got the conversations going between colleagues. That's exactly how a team day should be - connecting, chatting, and seeing faces that are otherwise hard to spot in the vast 60,000 square meters.
