#JOESTeam Day Christmas 2024 –
An Unforgettable Evening! ❄️

Yesterday was the day: our traditional #JOESTeam Day Christmas 2024 took place, and it was an evening we will all remember. Amidst the magical, Christmas-lit backdrop of Dülmen's market square, we came together to bring the year to a close. The ice rink, which was all ours that evening, provided the perfect stage for an exciting and entertaining curling tournament.

With a total of 20 teams drawn in advance, it was an exciting competition. The atmosphere was fantastic right from the start and every point scored was celebrated loudly. Whether beginner or experienced curler, everyone showed full commitment and the focus was on the joy of playing together. It was wonderful to see how team spirit and ambition went hand in hand, accompanied by a good dose of humor. Philipp Böckmann, a well-known voice from Radio Kiepenkerl, guided us through the tournament and announced the winning teams afterwards in good spirits and good humor.

The beaming winners of the evening:

🏆 1st place: Eis Eis JOESTy - Our champions of the evening! With precision and an iron will, they secured first place and the well-deserved applause of the entire #JOESTeam.

🥈 2nd place: The Ice Cold JOESTies - With a great performance, they showed that teamwork is the key to success.

🥉 3rd place: JOEST Eishobel Heroes - They fought their way to the podium with impressive technique and a great deal of commitment.

But it wasn't just the tournament that made the evening so special. We enjoyed the pre-Christmas atmosphere to the full. Delicious food and warming mulled wine ensured that nobody had to stay hungry or cold while we spent time together. There was laughter, cheering and sharing - a perfect example of the unique cohesion in our #JOESTeam.

JOESTeam Day is always a highlight in our calendar, but this year it was extra special. The magical atmosphere on the market square, the curling and the many shared moments showed us how important it is to create such opportunities to experience ourselves not just as colleagues, but as a team.
