The smart combination of a JOEST MD-8 series lifting and tipping device and a JOEST charging feeder not only ensures a smooth material flow, but also guarantees a high level of safety and durability.

The lifting and tipping device with a load capacity of 2400 kg impresses with its extremely stable design and electromechanical drive. Thanks to an automatically adjusting clamping device, it can be used flexibly for different container sizes. The focus is on user-friendliness: whether loading with a forklift or monitoring the fill level of the downstream charging vehicle - the system adapts itself. Safety and ease of maintenance are ensured by a locking pin safety device that brings the appliance into the correct position for maintenance and cleaning. An automatic chain lubrication system extends the lifetime of the load chains and reduces maintenance work. The integrated JOEST weighing system delivers accurate results when weighing the material.

The charging vehicle offers the usual JOEST quality. Its electronic material retention flap ensures that nothing is spilled during fully automatic filling by the lifting and tipping device. Two laser scanners at the front and rear make fully automatic operation particularly safe and efficient during the process.
