Since May 2023, I have been primarily focusing on research and development within our company – a role I embrace with great passion. I am also pleased to have colleagues who share this enthusiasm with me.

in the USA

 I am Max Letterhaus, currently in the second year of my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at JOEST. In October 2024, I had the unique opportunity to complete an internship abroad at JOEST USA in Illinois. This experience was not only an exciting professional challenge but also a valuable chance to gain numerous operational and cultural insights. It was my first time in the United States, and during this period, I learned a lot about the operations of an international company as well as American culture.

#JOESTEAM My stay at JOEST France! My name is Franz Möllmann, I am 18 years old and I started my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at JOEST in 2023. I recently had the opportunity to visit our subsidiary company in France for almost six weeks.

 I have graduated faculty of foundry engineering and have been working in the foundry sector for over 10 years. From the beginning of my activity, I have felt good in direct contact with customers, the possibility of joint search for the best solutions in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the customer’s plant.
